What happens when you’re operating in pure survival mode? When all your energy goes to simply getting through your day? Ron and Joanie share the tremendous challenges they faced and the miracle they needed in order to overcome. Hear how a Vietnam vet with panic disorder and a nurse on the brink of death received a new perspective on life.

I was listening to you on the radio this morning and your story was so encouraging, and hopeful. My sister in law is suffering so badly with deep depression, you quoted a verse from Corithians, I never heard and also psalms 119, can you send me that verse from Cor. also the book the hosts was speaking of. When fear takes over….. or something like that.
Your an inspiration, thank you for or witness.

You bet Kristina, 2 Corinthians 1:8b-11 “8b We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure, and we thought we would never live through it. 9 In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead. 10 And he did rescue us from mortal danger, and he will rescue us again. We have placed our confidence in him, and he will continue to rescue us. 11 And you are helping us by praying for us. Then many people will give thanks because God has graciously answered so many prayers for our safety.” and the other verse was Psalm 119:71-72 “71 It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees. 72 The law from your mouth is more precious to me than thousands of pieces of silver and gold.” Thanks for asking. God Bless, Cherie
